Touch and Go and Electrical Audio join forces to party hard

On Wednesday, April 18, in association with our fellow rockaholics at Electrical Audio, we'll be hosting a DJ night at Chicago's own Subterranean First Floor Lounge. The party, entitled "Shut Up and Listen," will feature some pretty special treats including, but not limited to - no cover, drink specials, and tons of giveaways. You'll also get to humor the musical tastes of not only some of your friends at Touch and Go and Electrical, but also Mr. Steve Albini as he plays selections from his personal record collection.

Most importantly, this party is not without a cause. We'll be raffling off a bunch of stuff including new releases from Ted Leo and the Pharmacists and CocoRosie, tickets to both their shows at Metro and tickets to the sold-out Shellac show at Subterranean. All the proceeds will go to help the family of J. Robbins, so please make a point of stopping by. We'll leave the light on for you.
