Two more tour dates announced for The Jesus Lizard

We have a couple exciting The Jesus Lizard tour date announcements for the people of New York and Paris.

The Jesus Lizard will be kicking off Paris Villette Sonique 2009 with a performance on May 27th at the Grande Halle du Parc de la Villette. According to the press release from the band’s booking agency, this will be the first time that TJL will play Paris in 11 years. More information about this event – which boasts an awesome lineup including Ricardo Villalobos, Clipse, and our boys Shellac – is available right here.

Back in the US the band has also just announced that they will be performing at All Tomorrow’s Parties in Monticello, NY on September 11th. The three-day event will be taking place at Kutshers Country Club and is also stacking up to be pretty damned amazing – The Flaming Lips, Animal Collective, Melvins, and our other boys Dirty Three. Additional information regarding set times, tickets, and all that stuff can be found right here.
